Jeff Madsen wins his fifth WSOP bracelet after 11 years

American player Jeff Madsen won Event #20: $1,500 Dealer’s Choice, taking home $161,057 in prize money. This is his fifth bracelet in his career and his first in 11 years.
The tournament drew 656 entrants, building a prize pool of $870,840, with 99 players reaching the ITM zone.

Madsen made his WSOP debut exactly 20 years ago. That same year, he became the youngest Player of the Year title holder, winning two bracelets and earning over $1.3 million in a single series. The American's total career earnings exceed $7.2 million.

After his win, Madsen admitted that this time he played his best poker of the last decade. He had worked very hard on theory and is happy that his efforts paid off in this milestone year of his career.
