Martirosyan reaches the 6-max High Roller final table with the second-biggest stack

Another high roller tournament at the World Series of Poker has reached its final day. The $25,000 High Roller Six Handed No-Limit Hold'em event drew 242 entries, and after Day 2, seven players remain in the hunt for the bracelet. Russian Artur Martirosyan sits in second place in the chip count with 65 big blinds, followed by Moldovan regular Pavel Pleshuv (59 BB). Four-time WSOP champion Chance Kornuth will start the final table as the short stack.

38 players made the money. Vladimir Minko (33rd place), Alex Foxen (32nd), and Alexey Boyko (26th) each earned $50,207. Alexey Ponyakov, who busted in 20th, took home $52,717, while Michael Moncek, who finished eighth, received $118,753. The tournament resumes today at 23:30 MSK. The minimum payout at the final table will be $159,884, the champion will earn $1,286,285, and the heads-up runner-up will take $857,510.
